As a child growing up in Eleuthera, I discovered that I had the ability to capture two-dimensional imagery of my surroundings.

Coming from a sound background of artists, and being inspired by a number of Bahamian artists growing up such as, my twelfth-grade teacher Mr.Bethel, Steve Burrows and Eddie Minnis, who had a unique eye for color; I’m inspired to stand out from the rest and illustrate my vision of Bahamian abstract expressions and scenery.

For 12 years, I have proudly served my country as a member of the Royal Bahamas Defense Force. Being a member of RBDF has awarded me the opportunity to travel throughout The Bahamas and abroad which have allowed me to express my artistic abilities through visual art.

Using an unconventional technique developed known as Acrylic Drip Art. I have found a unique way of expressing myself through Bahamian scenery, local emotions and customs.

I revealed my artistic expressions with my first exhibition at John Watling’s Distillery in 2014 and have participated in a few other exhibitions and artistic events such as the annual Green Earth Festival at the Bahamas National Trust grounds in 2015, Artisans Display at the ship Spanish Wells and a solo exhibition at Da Vine Wine mecrchants on Harbour Island 2016.

I hope to set the stage of creativity for future Bahamian Artist.
